Floral Delights

Ken has been busy with the paintbrush again, this time he has created 10 stunning flowers that I have converted into toppers, decoupage and papers.

8 x 8 card covered with a stripey backing paper vertically and a horizontal strip added to the centre.  The topper was matted onto black card and a paper ribbon and bow added.  I then added a little gem and a sentiment to finish the card.

Waiting For Christmas

The sun is still shining which can only mean one thing .......................... more Christmas cards!!!!!

This one was created using my brand new Digital Downlod kit 'Waiting for Christmas'.
8 x 8 card.  I layered a backing paper with a punched border over 3/4 of it and added a large swirly silver peel off to the white area to give a bit of 'drama'.  The ribbon (believe it or not) is made of paper and is available on each sheet to match the topper.  A little trim of peel offs around the topper and a few 3D flowers finish the look.

I created this little dancing dude using the Digital Download

I made a little paper spring for him so he really does dance!

Summer Sun

Wooooooo Hooooooooo

2 Blog posts and 2 cards made in one single day!!!!!

This time I've gone for a Summer theme from the Sensational Seasons CD.

8 x 8 card (my favourite size if you hadnt noticed!) covered with gorgeous butterfly backing paper.
I layer of gold at approx 6.75" then a layer of backing paper at 6.5".  I trimmed around the butterfly on the backing paper so you can just get a glimpse of gold underneath and it also gives the card dimension.  I then added the topper, text box and ribbon tied with a knot.  The flowers have had tiny gold gems added to give them some bling.

Winter Wishes

It took me five attempts to upload this pic as blogger kept loading it upside down!!!

First card I've made in ages so to celebrate the sun coming out I've gone with the Christmas look lol

8 x 8 card fully covered with a printed sheet of crinkly paper (its amazing what you can put through your printer, you just gotta give it a go)
A strip of angel paper down the left hand side, I then added a topper and layered the curtains using foam pads.  A paper ribbon and flower were added and a dove in the top of the window.
The card was then finished off with a peel off message, snowflakes and some silver gems.

The card was created using the Sensational Seasons CD.
